How to Register
All students must be cleared and registered prior to each sports season. View the list below to ensure your student is properly cleared. Please note that grades and fines will be checked by the athletic office prior to each season. Students and/or coaches will be notified when athletes are cleared. A new list will be posted online as well informing you if your student is clear.
Please note that transfer students need to fill out additional paperwork with Ms. Stevens in the front office.
Parents/Guardians please visit HomeCampus.com to register your athlete. Please note the registration process must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the student. All areas required, need to be filled out in its entirety to be accepted; INCLUDING FULL name electronic signatures for both parent AND student athlete for the necessary documents.
Turn in the form into the Ponderosa High School front office. DO NOT give your sports physical to your coach.
